Mamac Africa Pty Ltd is a Skilled Development Company established to respond to the imperatives of skills development and related indecencies of unemployment and skills shortages afflicting the labor market in Zambia. The company foresees itself as an entity geared towards partnering with the different Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), Non-Governmental Organizations, governments, and employers interested in implementing the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS).
Mumac Africa was particularly established to respond to the national legislation requirements, the market gaps, and the challenges that are pertinent in the labor market operational space.
